GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations between the Seller:

and the Buyer (consumer or entrepreneur) when purchasing goods via the e-shop www.suter.sk.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. The Buyer orders goods via the e-shop. The order represents a proposal for a purchase agreement. 2.2. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the order confirmation (acceptance) is delivered by the Seller to the Buyer's e-mail address. 2.3. Due to the specific nature of the goods (aggregates, weight), the Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer to clarify shipping costs before the final confirmation of the order.

3. Prices and Payment Conditions

3.1. All prices are final (the Seller is not a VAT payer). The price does not include delivery costs unless stated otherwise. 3.2. Payment can be made via:

Bank transfer (pro-forma invoice).
Online credit/debit card.
Cash on delivery (if available for the selected delivery type).

4. Delivery Conditions and Logistics Specifics

4.1. Delivery Location: The Seller delivers the goods to the location specified by the Buyer, which must be accessible for a heavy-duty vehicle (depending on the chosen transport type). 4.2. Accessibility: The Buyer is obliged to ensure that the unloading point is accessible via a paved road. If the vehicle cannot safely enter the destination, the goods will be unloaded at the nearest possible point, or the order will be canceled. 4.3. Unloading: Standard delivery includes unloading next to the vehicle (tipping). Any handling of the goods after unloading is not included in the delivery price. 4.4. Delivery Time: Usually 1–3 business days, depending on availability and logistical capacity.

5. Withdrawal from the Agreement (Returns)

5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. 5.2. Note: The costs of returning the goods (especially for bulk aggregates and palletized goods) shall be borne entirely by the Buyer. The goods must be returned in their original condition. 5.3. Withdrawal from the agreement is not possible for goods made to the consumer's special requirements (e.g., custom-mixed fractions).

6. Complaints Procedure (Liability for Defects)

6.1. The warranty period for consumers is 24 months. 6.2. For bulk materials (gravel, sand), the Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods (especially the fraction and purity) immediately upon unloading. Subsequent claims regarding visual defects will not be accepted. 6.3. An allowable weight deviation for bulk material due to moisture is +/- 3%.

7. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. Details are provided in the "Privacy Policy" section on the suter.sk website.
